Special Entertainment Permits
This permit is required by any person or business who is licensed by the State to sell liquor and wishes to provide any amusement, performance, exhibition or diversion for patrons or customers on their premises. This permit requires a public hearing and Council approval. The fee for this permit is $150.00. No advertising fee if submitted with the Liquor license. $15.00 advertising (1 day) if filed at a different time than the liquor license.
An application must be received & advertised for (1 day) 6 days prior to the date of the council's regular meeting date in order to meet the public hearing notice requirements. Application are filed with the City Clerk's Office.
