The Saco General Assistance Office will be a participating referral agency for the "Keep York County Warm" program.

This program which began last year, utilizes volunteers to install weatherization materials and storm window panels in the homes of low-income and disabled homeowners.

How do I sign up?

Must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• A referral from a participating General Assistance Office or organization.
• Homeowner registration & Confidentiality Waiver, which can be found at the referring agency.
• Be available when volunteers come to the home performing assessments and measurements for windows, and an additional day for the storm window panels to be delivered and weatherization materials installed.
• Sign Homeowner Agreement Form when volunteers visit.
