Watch us grow
Currently we are working on new programs for all of our participation age groups. We offer programming for the following groups, preschool, youth, teen, adults and seniors. Over the years most of our programs have targeted the children in Preschool - Sixth Grade. Our goal is to provide additional programs for this age and to complement this with new programs for all the other age groups.

One of the fastest growing groups in our area is our seniors and even just calling everyone over a certain age a "senior" is not accurate. We are looking at providing services for our youngest of seniors and also our most experienced seniors. One of the benefits of occupying the facility on Franklin Street will be the ability to provide Saco with a senior's center for activities. There will be a room at the Community Center where we can provide both social and recreation activities for Saco's seniors.

Our goal is to provide year-round programming to all citizens of Saco. We currently have over fifty programs in development to diversify and expand what we offer. We are always open to new ideas. If you have an interest you would like to share with others let us help pull a group together. Many of our new programs are not sports related. They will cover such topics as painting, drawing, drama, computers, quilting, card games and other social activities.

During late fall to early spring we will be offering more indoor activities such as open walking, indoor tennis and indoor golf lessons. The Community Center is available for small and large private functions. We have had birthday parties, team parties and even a wedding!
