New monthly addition to the Pepperell Post Beginning this month we will be adding a new section to the Post. It is our goal to present a budget topic each month to better inform our readers and citizens about the city's finances. The City is finalizing its annual 'Comprehensive Annual Financial Report' (CAFR), and will be available on the city website by the end of December. From the CAFR, the following tables represent the city's 10-year trend in valuation and tax rate information:   |
