What's new on the website?
Below you'll find a list of recent additions to the City of Saco website, as well as some timely favorites:
  • Serve your community
We're always looking for residents to serve on boards and committees. This is an excellent way to make life better for your and your fellow residents. We have a simple online application.

  • Dial 911 for heating assistance
If you, or someone you know is in need of emergency heating assistance, you can dial 2-1-1 to be connected to Maine's toll-free information and referral line. The program operates around the clock and is staffed by trained call specialists who can help you find emergency assistance.

  • Performance Review online
The 2008 Performance Review for the City of Saco has been released. This document contains information on the operations, key goals, and level of accomplishment, for a majority of the city's service delivery departments for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2008.

  • Don't wait in line, pay online
Remember, you can pay your property taxes and sewer bills through the City of Saco website. So don't waste your time waiting in line at City Hall, just go to our payments page and use your credit card or an e-check to pay.

  • Living room furniture
Need some furniture for a game room or dorm room? There's a used sectional sofa and two tables for free at the Saco Swap Shop.

  • Project planning
Thinking about putting on an addition? Building a deck? A shed? Before you start planning visit the code enforcement department for tips on how to submit a building permit and choosing a contractor. You'll also find a great list of frequently asked questions about building codes.

  • Property sales
Did you know you can find a list of all property sold in Saco? It's right on the pages of the Assessor's Department section.
