A look at the 2009 Performance Report What follows is an excerpt from the "Sixth Annual Performance Report on Delivery of Services for FY 2009," which can be found on the city's website under Administration in the Departments drop down list. I have provided for you the Executive Summary of the Report as well as the Assessing DepartmentŐs performance section.
